While recognizing that everyone's taste is different, our music ministry seeks to blend contemporary and traditional worship styles.
It is important that everyone can identify with the worship of the church in some way. For this reason we attempt to emphasize contemporary
praise and worship music, while blending traditional and spontaneous Pentecostal worship with a well planned and balanced program.
This includes hymns, special singing (contemporary and southern gospel), choir specials, and to support the vigorous preaching of
the Word of God that tends toward an expository style.
Our Sunday night services are less formal, emphasize prayer and use a more contemporary praise and worship style. The preaching on
Sunday nights is more devotional, designed to encourage the church, and to call the saints of God to serious prayer and commitment.
On Sunday nights in particular we have an opportunity for unhurried, quiet reflection and prayer at the altar, the opportunity to
respond to the leading, conviction and Word of God.
